You may retrieve a new password by tapping the "Forgot Password?" link on any of the login screens.
Tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the Email Address associated with the account you wish to access on the following prompt:
Please allow up to 12 hours for the, "Reset your password", email to arrive at the email address you entered in the Forgot Password? flow. Please be sure to check any spam/junk folders.
If you do not receive the, "Reset your password", email after 12 hours from the time of the request, please send an email to playerservices@worldwinner.com and our Player Services Team will assist you as soon as possible.
