You may retrieve a new password by tapping the "Forgot Password?" link on any of the login screens.
Tap "Forgot Password?" and enter the Email Address associated with the account you wish to access on the following prompt.
If the email address entered is on file, you will receive a 'Reset your password" email from WorldWinner that contains information on how to create a new password. The password reset email should arrive within minutes - please allow up to an hour for the password reset email to arrive. Make sure to check any spam/junk folders as well.
If you've forgotten your password, have troubles with getting a new password or would just like assistance for one reason or another, you may always reach out to Player Services directly by emailing appsupport@worldwinner.com.
For security purposes, WorldWinner employees will not be able to see your current password but can initiate a password reset for you.
