There are a few States that prohibit participation in skill-based tournaments for cash and prizes. If you are residing in, visiting any of the restricted States then you would not be able to participate in cash tournaments (even if you had previously participated):
- Arkansas
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Louisiana
- Montana
- South Carolina
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
If you are NOT located in/visiting any of the restricted States above but are getting blocked from entering cash tournaments due to a message about your location, here are some tips to potentially resolve the problem:
- Wait about 30 minutes before trying to enter a new cash tournament
- Log out of your WorldWinner account, close and reopen the WorldWinner App, log back in and try to enter a new cash tournament
- Completely shut down and reboot your mobile device
- Follow these instructions on how to troubleshoot and improve your device's location accuracy: Android / iOS
